In this Tsar Wars slot review, we will provide you with all of the information needed so that you can make an educated decision as to whether you would like to play Tsar Wars for real money or not.
TSAR WARS: FIRST IMPRESSIONS
This is slightly different to what we can usually expect from NoLimit City, for starters, Tsar Wars is a Cluster Pays slot which we are big fans of here at SlotsHawk as they make seeing the wins easier. There are two xBet features here and we predominantly used the more expensive one which costs 12x the bet but you are guaranteed two of the three features which will either be random wilds (Wild Rush), symbols changer enhancer (Force Shift) or xBombs. This makes pretty much every single spin a lot of fun.
When you hit wins, there is a global multiplier too which increases by 1x for every win. In addition, there is a lightsaber meter to the left of the reels, when this fills up you will win one Destruction spin. If you then manage to fill the lightsaber meter during Destruction spins, you will trigger Revolution spins where you get to choose which of the three features are active for the entirety of the spins. We tested all three features during Revolution Spins and can recommend choosing either Wild Rush or Force Shift.
The only downside here was that we did not hit any of the huge multipliers which NoLimit City slot games are known for. This did become frustrating for us because whilst there is a lot of action in Tsar Wars, we would have liked to see some bigger wins. With that being said, we did hit some nice wins during the Revolution Spins and after around 40 minutes of gameplay, we walked away with a slight loss, but we had a lot of fun playing.

CLUSTER PAYOUTS
Payouts/wins are triggered by matching five or more of the same symbols that are connected horizontally or vertically. After a win, the symbols explode and are replaced by new symbols.
BIG SYMBOLS
There are three types of symbol sizes in Tsar Wars – 1×1, 2×2 and 3×3 which corresponds to nine symbols.
GLOBAL MULTIPLIER
The Global Multiplier feature is becoming more and more common amongst modern day slot games. Every new avalanche win in Tsar Wars will ensure that the Global Multiplier is increased by 1x. When a Destruction Spin is activated, the Global Multiplier will carry over from your previous spin. During Revolution Spins, the Global Multiplier will not reset until after the free spins are finished.
TRAPPED WILD SYMBOLS
The Trapped Wild symbol is shown with a highlighted border effect around certain symbols. When these symbols are involved in a win or are part of an xBomb explosion , they will be replaced by wild symbols. The transformed wild will be kept for the next avalanche.
WILD RUSH
One of three main features which can be triggered during the base game randomly or by having the xBet activated, Wild Rush transforms 2-5 regular paying symbols into wild symbols.
FORCE SHIFT
One of three main features which can be triggered during the base game randomly or by having the xBet activated, Force Shift randomly transforms 1, 2 or 3 regular paying symbols into other paying symbols.
XBOMB WILD
One of three main features which can be triggered during the base game randomly or by having the xBet activated, xBomb Wild transforms 1-3 regular paying symbols into xBomb Wilds. These xBombs will remove adjacent symbols except for Tsar side bonus and wild symbols and will increase the global multiplier by one for the next collapse.
DESTRUCTION SPIN
The Destruction spin meter is filled up when 25 win symbols are collected. During the Destruction Spin, the Wild Rush, Force Shift and xBomb wild features are guaranteed to trigger at least once.
REVOLUTION SPINS
When the Destruction meter is filled with 25 win symbols during the Destruction Spin, Revolution Spins are triggered.
When triggered, you can choose one feature:
- 5 free spins with a guaranteed Wild Rush each spin.
