Gambling companies across the United Kingdom will take part in Safer Gambling Week as they look to promote responsible gambling and safe gambling tools. The initiative will see hundreds of online operators and affiliates dedicate a week to promoting safer gambling practices.

Safer Gambling Week 2022

SlotsHawk.com are delighted to also promote Safer Gambling Week 2022.

Safer Gambling Week 2022 calls on all gambling operators in the UK to promote safer online gambling. All of the major operators will be taking part.

SlotsHawk will be taking part in the promotion too. Our Editor in Chief Jean Prince said:

“It is vital that the Safer Gambling initiative takes place as operators need to be aware that gambling should be safe 100% of the time.

“It goes without saying that here at SlotsHawk.com, we promote safe gambling practices all year round. This week gives operators the opportunity to showcase that they do care about responsible gambling.

“The publicity Safer Gambling Week receives is important and we hope that as many news agencies as possible report the initiative and showcase all of the tools which gamblers have to ensure they remain safe when gambling online.”

Safer Gambling Week 2022 is also being promoted by numerous football clubs as well as pundits via their social media accounts.

Safer Gambling Week will run from 17-23 October 2022.

SAFER GAMBLING WEEK POINTS TO REMEMBER

There are six safer gambling points which the promotions would like to highlight and remind players to keep in their minds whilst they gamble:

  • Play smart… Don’t chase your losses.
  • Remember… It’s good to take a break.
  • Remember… Gambling is not a way to make money.
  • Remember… It’s good to set yourself limits.
  • Ask yourself… Are you past your spending limit?
  • Remember… Friends and family are more important than gambling.
