All aboard NoLimit City Airways with one of their first medium variance slots, Flight Mode. We are all for the medium variance as it means that triggering the bonus game is much more common. We also noted that triggering good sized base game wins is very possible here too, which is something you cannot always say for NoLimit City online slot machines.
This Flight Mode slot review will give you the lowdown on what you can expect from this slot game. We will also provide you with all of the need-to-know information on Flight mode so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you would like to play it or not.
FLIGHT MODE: FIRST IMPRESSIONS
As you can see in the video above, our playthrough begins immediately halfway through a free spins round whilst Casumo Casino reviewed our account (not sure why they were doing this). First of all, the medium variance aspect means that triggering the bonus happens much more frequently, which is a huge plus, especially given that it is a rewarding bons game.
We really loved this slot and we ended up increasing our bet at the end to 40p per spin which immediately followed with a nice win of over £60. We almost triggered the maximum win too as we just needed to unlock one more Max Win symbol! We ended our session with a £51 profit and we highly recommend Fight Mode because it was a very fun and rewarding slot.
FLIGHT MODE FEATURES
Granted, the features here may be fewer than what you usually find in slots from NoLimit City, but I am sure you will agree that they all pack a punch. We have detailed them all for you below.
MULTIPLIER INCREASER
At the top of the reels, you will see a Multiplier Increaser. Multiplier Increaser symbols trigger when they land and add the multiplier to the next spin.
Multiplier Increaser symbols values are: 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x and 10x.
GOLDEN MULTIPLIER INCREASER
It is possible for Golden Multiplier Increaser symbols to land and when they do, the value of the next multiplier will be doubled.
BOMBS
When there are no winning combinations on the reels, the Bomb symbols will explode, paving the way for more symbols and more possible winning combinations. Scatter and Wild symbols are unaffected by the Bombs, fortunately.
The Bomb symbol will also unlock the Max Win symbol on the reel it explodes. Bomb symbols also help to increase the Multiplier Increaser.
XHOLE
The xHole symbol is a rare one to see and will activate when there are no winning combinations, Bombs or multiplier increases.
All symbols on the reels are sucked in and are spit out again in random positions with the next multiplier value attached to them. The xHole will then turn itself into a Wild symbol that also gets the next multiplier value attached.
FLEE SPINS
Three, Four or Five scatter symbols (Ducks) will trigger six, nine or twelve Flee Spins, respectively.
During Flee Spins, the progress of the next multiplier value is kept during the spins and the Max Win symbol stays unlocked for the rest of the feature after it has been unlocked.
SCATTER NOLIMIT BOOSTER
At the cost of 3.30 times the base bet, you will be guaranteed a scatter symbol on reel two.
EXTRA SPINS NOLIMIT BOOSTER
When a round ends, you may get the opportunity to purchase another spin. The additional spin will keep the multiplier state of the previous symbols during your last spin. Scatter symbols will not land during extra spins.
