The SlotsHawk team talks with NoLimit City’s Krisztian Vagvolgyi in this exclusive chat about their upcoming slot game, Brute Force: Alien Onslaught.

Welcome back to SlotsHawk Chats. We are absolutely thrilled to be able to welcome Krisztian Vagvolgyi from NoLimit City who discusses with us some exclusive details about their next game, Brute Force: Alien Onslaught.
SlotsHawk – First of all, would you be able to tell us how Brute Force: Alien Invasion improves upon the original/first Brute Force slot? Have you added additional features which enhance the gameplay?
Krisztian – The main idea was to enhance the playing experience of the base game and introduce a completely new twist to the Free Spins, while maintaining the atmosphere and game feel of the original game. Apart from the 3 types of xNudges, we added a 4th xNudge “Xylox” , who is collecting other nudge multipliers. There is also a new Wild symbol which transforms all low-paying symbols to high-paying symbols.
The Freespin setup is twisted and there are 5 different types of free spins based on which scatter is in majority. You can get sticky wilds, guaranteed first spin xNudge wilds, removal of lowest xNudge wild and a combination of all these features. New xBoost makes it 54 times more likely to hit free spins, and an increased max win of 80,000x.

SlotsHawk – What was your thinking behind the five different free spins games?
Krisztian – To carry on the legacy and main mechanic from the original and give different options for freespins types. Every Free Spins is different and can give you the max win. You chase different things in FS and hopefully players will enjoy it as much as we did.
SlotsHawk – We actually found the previous Brute Force to have a very nice free spins hit rate in comparison to other Nolimit City slots, can we expect the frequency of free spins in Alien Invasion to be similarly high?
Krisztian – Yes, very similar.

SlotsHawk – Will the xNudge feature be the main driving force here like in the previous Brute Force slot?
Krisztian – In a way yes, but the Wild feature (transforming lows to highs) can surprise the player even without landing nudges.
SlotsHawk – The xBoost at 4.6x the bet is a little more expensive in Brute Force: Alien Invasion compared with previous slots, what is the main reasoning behind this?
Krisztian – As we have 6 reels, the math balance is a bit different so we had to adjust.
SlotsHawk – With a maximum possible payout/multiplier of 80,000x, Brute Force: Alien Invasion becomes one of your best paying slots, could you tell us the possible ways of triggering the max payout?
Krisztian – “Xylox” xNudge could do the job the easiest way, as it collects other xNudge multis. You can also land multiple, lower xNudges and trigger the Wild feature to achieve really high payouts or potentially the max win.
SlotsHawk – How was the development process behind Brute Force: Alien Invasion? Were there any hiccups or development delays or did you find everything moved efficiently?
Krisztian – The team working on the game is simply a dream team. Super fun production, loads of brainstorming, trying out different options, adjusting math. One of the best productions I have ever had.
SlotsHawk – The SlotsHawk audience loves Nolimit City slots, so I wanted to ask how a Nolimit City slot is developed from its beginning designs and ideas all the way to the end when it is played by players?
Krisztian – Much focus is on the start of the project. The idea is to nail the slot from the beginning so we wouldn’t have to change much while doing the slot. We spend serious time tailoring the initial game idea with the rest of the producers, finding a “nolimit” theme, catchy mechanics and super fun gameplay.
SlotsHawk – We think it’s fair to say that Nolimit City are currently seen as the most pioneering and daring slots developers in the world. Will we continue to see this from your upcoming slot games and do you have any brand-new/secret mechanics that we can expect to see in the coming months/years?
Krisztian – Keeping up the pace is very important to NLC and I would say is vital in this industry. We have a bunch of new stuff, sequels, new themes and crazy NLC stuff upcoming. I can hint that Duckhunters legacy will continue, some “classic” slot mechanics will also come and mind blowing themes are on the table as usual.
